Mumbai, August 14, 2007: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) has announced India Property 2007 - USA & Canada, in association with Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI). This exhibition is the only and truly government recognized Pan India official exhibition to be organized in USA and Canada.

This exhibition would provide a platform to real estate and allied industries in showcasing their products thereby offering customers lucrative investment options in India. NRIs based in USA and Canada can look forward to meeting real estate developers across India, offering a range of options in housing and commercial real estate, for investment and residential as well.

India Property 2007 - USA & Canada will cover 2 major US cities and 1 in Canada over a period of 9 days. The schedule of India Property 2007 - USA & Canada is as follows:
